What Is God Growing That You Cannot Yet See?

One of my favorite chapters in Seeds of Faith: A Journey Toward Spiritual Growth and Wholeness is Chapter 7: "Trusting God When You Can't See the Outcome."

If you've ever felt like your prayers have gone unanswered, your breakthrough has been delayed, or your faith has been tested, this chapter was written with you in mind.

One of the hardest parts of the Christian journey is trusting God when there is no visible evidence that anything is changing. We pray. We believe. We obey. Yet our circumstances often seem to remain the same.

But Scripture reminds us:

"Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come." — Habakkuk 2:3 (KJV)

A farmer doesn't dig up a seed every day to see if it's growing. He trusts the process. He continues watering the ground because he knows growth is taking place beneath the surface.

Our faith works the same way.

God is often accomplishing His greatest work in places we cannot yet see. While we focus on what hasn't happened, God is developing our character, strengthening our faith, and preparing us for the very blessing we've been praying for.

In Chapter 7, I explore how waiting is not wasted time. Waiting is often God's classroom. It is where perseverance is formed, where trust deepens, and where we learn to rely on God's promises instead of our emotions.

Too often we mistake God's silence for God's absence.

But silence doesn't mean God has stopped working.

Just because you cannot see the roots doesn't mean the seed isn't growing.

If you're in a season of waiting today, don't allow discouragement to convince you to give up. Continue praying. Continue believing. Continue planting seeds of faith. The God who planted the promise is faithful to bring it to completion in His perfect time.

Your harvest may be closer than you think.
